jlmine reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or in-platform notification no less than seven (7) days prior to taking effect, except where immediate changes are required by PAGCOR regulation or applicable law. Your continued use of jlmine after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your account and withdraw your remaining balance prior to the amendment's effective date.
These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of jlmine shall first be submitted to jlmine's internal dispute resolution process. If unresolved within thirty (30) days, the dispute may be escalated to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanisms.
